Even for it's day. Probably the most violent show on tv , at least for its time.

Plus I was reading the other posts about Race and Benton being gay, even my friend says watch the opening credits when they're in the plane and they both give each other the "look". If that were true, wouldn't you say that they have a open relationship? After all Race did have booty call w/Jade. So Race is at least bi. BTW, I've heard stuff about Burt & Ernie and Batman & Robin.
I wish I was that deep and could read stuff into things, or things into stuff. Hey, I loved this show when I was kid and I still think it's fun.

The quality of mercy is not strained.

Dont forget Race shooting an endangered panther, TWICE. Benton and Race shooting an extinct Pteranodon with bazookas. EVERY foreign agent was a BAD GUY. You just gotta love it!

It's just hope from liberals that's all.
Even in the 1970s' Hollywood made fun of gays in their movies and tv shows.
SOAP, SANFORD AND SON, ALL IN THE FAMILY and movies like THE LAUGHING POLICE MAN, DOG DAY AFTERNOON to name a few.
