does HITLER make an Appearence?

hello. i just found out about this film today by accident during an internet movie search. never even heard of it before. i am however very familiar with the other 1963 Nazi film THEY SAVED HITLER'S BRAIN aka: Madmen of Mandoras. i kinda like that little film, terrible as it is. my question is...does Adolf Hitler make an appearance in this film at all? in flashback or otherwise? i see no mention of any actor portraying him in the credits here on i.m.d.b. id really like to know.

No appearance by Adolf in this thing, he was busy elsewhere having his brain saved. But then he ma have had something to do with this thing, after the brain removal, judging from some of the brain dead scripting.
