Old-time movie stars v. current ones

Just wanted to add my "hooray!" to the person who wrote something about "What ever happened to real men?" as movie stars. Man, there is a real paucity of them out there now! Why? Because the studios are being run by young men who were ugly, unloved, etc., in school, so they use their power as studio execs to live vicariously through their films, by giving the green light to films that show, in essence, these ugly little guys (a) getting the gorgeous blonde WASP girl [who would never look at such a guy in real life]; (b) winning all the competitions; and (c) having super-powers! Unfortunately, mature WOMEN do not give a good goddamn about any of this! That gal who wrote in before said a mouthful! Bravo to her!
