One of the stupidest movie ever made!!

Bad acting [Cornel Wilde acted more like some immature teenager than a medieval knight], superficial scenes, bad dialogue and hard to believe plot [was King Arthur that dumb in not noticing how his wife was playing around with Lancelot?] I only saw it five years ago but that was enough! What made Mr. Wilde make this preposterous and ridiculous movie we shall never know. But that is so rarely mentioned means one thing: it deserves that fate. And will always be considered as a total embarrassment for Cornel Wilde and the rest who made this idiocy. Better watch the "The Three Stooges" shorts.

I think you're being too hard on this movie -- did you post this while in a bad mood? -- and I am fairly critical.

In case you didn't notice, Lancelot and Guin were sneaking around! Lovers and adulterers have successfully SNUCK AROUND ON THE SLY FOR AGES. But, according to you, Arthur should have known IMMEDIATELY or else he's some kind of moron. Ever hear of something called DENIAL!? People do not want to believe that someone they love is cheating on them, so many times it takes something blatant before they are willing to admit it. That happened in this movie in the scene where Guin thought Lancelot was dead and her emotions were a dead giveaway.

The rest of your post is nothing but vague statements. This movie is no better and no worse than the other flicks of that genre and that decade.
