Small cut on UK R2 DVD

They cut out Madame Mim's line "I do hope it's serious! Something dreadful!"

Now Madame Mim says "Sounds like someone's sick. How lovely!"

Then it cuts to when she says "Oh, it's just a scrawny little sparrow with a beak full of soot!"

What was the point of this cut?
