wart's got nine different voices

i always loved this movie as a kid but i'm watching it now and the kid's voice reeeeeaaaaallly bothers me. it's never consistant and the audio levels change too. sometimes the kid sounds like he's 14 and other times like he's seven. it bugs me!

Yes and besides that Arthur/Wart is around twelve, so he is going through puberty in any case.

Yeah. I've never known the "why" of Wart's different voices.

For love denied blights the soul we owe to God.

reply

It just annoyed me that he was supposed to be King Arthur, but he was American, when everyone else was English, and it was meant to be set in England.

reply

It irritated me that Kay has a really rubbish cockney accent when his father had a more well-spoken accent.

reply

That's because the actor who voiced Sir Ector is British-born actor Sebastian Cabot.
Kay is voiced by American-born Norman Alden.

reply

I think one of the actors voices was changing one of them was going through puberty.
