Nicolas Cage in Deadfall

Did anyone else see any similarities between Arch and Nicolas Cage in Deadfall? (A YouTube clip will suffice if you haven't seen Deadfall)

The voice, high pitched squeals, the laugh, the pursed up face. I thought the resemblance was quite strong.
