Word of advice, though:
Don't bother hunting down the non-Sellers movies
"Inspector Clouseau"
"Curse of the Pink panther"
"Son of the pink panther"
Why, you wonder.
"Inspector Clouseau" - Alan arkin fails miserably to live up to Sellers as Clouseau. Stupid story and embarrasing gags.
Made by an entirely different crew, it has no connection whatsoever to any of the other movies in the franchise.
"Curse of the Pink panther" - Made years after Sellers' death.
Worst imaginable way to end the saga of both the Pink Panther and Clouseau.
"Son of the pink panther" is interesting though.
I wouldn't recommend it, but in my opinion it is the best, no strike that, it is the least bad non-Sellers Panther.
If you still want to see these movies, by all means. But you have been warned.
But all the others are highly recommended.
Even the Pink panther(2005) seems very promisning so far.
Thanks for the advice, because I really don't want to see the non-Sellers ones. I just don't think I'd enjoy them. Peter Sellers IS Inspector Clouseau, as far as I'm concerned (just like Sean Connery is the ONLY Bond). Oh oh, here comes a fight! LOL!

Certainly!
I love the original Plantet of the Apes, which is on proud display in my DVD collection.
The second was bad, and then it just got worse and worse with each surpassing movie.
I have only seen the first ten minutes or so of the fifth, that was so bad I didn't bother seeing it through.
My main beef with the sequels is that they effectivly negate the original by a lot of unintended paradoxes, in addition to being plain awful.
