I was wondering the same thing, but I believe she continued to call him Tony because (as far as she was aware) the rest of the family was still unsure as to whether or not he was an impostor. She was probably trying to help him retain his credibility.

"Tony" never reveals his real name. Probably a good idea, as Eleanor was so rattled she'd probably have blurted it out.
