Aloha Bugs Bunny!

Did anyone get the in gag between Bob Conrad and Connie Stevens early in the film?
Arriving at the resort Stevens departs Conrad's T Bird and Conrad says: "Aloha" to her.
Stevens and Conrad had recently starred in the Warner Bros series, "Hawaiian Eye". Conrad as Tom Lapaka, detective, and Stevens as Cricket Blake a nightclub singer.

That and the Warner Bros product placement of the Bugs Bunny doll that Conrad carries with him in his T Bird. A playboy like him carrying a plush Bugs doll????
Uh okay!

Speaking of "Hawaiian Eye"...wasn't Tina Cole on that show too? As you know, she was in this movie as well.

That giant Bugs Bunny was an exact replica of Mattel Toys' Talking Bugs Bunny doll. I wonder if it was made specifically for the movie by Mattel because Mattel did not actually manufacture it in that size. What I wouldn't give to get my hands on that Bugs Bunny doll...

It was made for the film as one of many Warner's product placement gags in the movie!
Remember the first record shop scene? Look at the prominent
"Music Man" display!
Warner's was very clever when they were really a studio.
