What happened to him?
In the prison scene Gordon Jackson was dragged out to be tortured. Then in the next scene he is back with no reference to what happened. Bad continuity.
shareIn the scene where Rolfe is brought to Aminah's bedchamber she states that Vahlin (Jackson) told her that the bell was somewhere near the Pillars of Hercules. So they must have returned Vahlin to the cell after he talked and then had Rolfe brought to Aminah to make the deal.
Yeah, he survived. Recall that he gave King Harald back his medallion of Thanedom during the big battle at the end.
