The synopsis is wrong....

Mrs. Cragg finds a slightly used cigar that she wraps in a piece of paper. When she gives it to Robert Morley, he finds "insider information" on the paper. He then has the "chars" bring him the all the paper trash and uses the information he finds to make them all rich! All in all, a charming movie!
