I've been watching since the Twilight Zone marathon, including that night with the Creature movie. I saw Invisible Man and Shadow of the Cat. I think I missed a week because we can't set the DVR to record "Svengooli: [name of film of the week]," but have to set it each week. Is that what you do?
Also, I didn't realize you all went to the board of each film. I thought you all went to the Svengooli board, which obviously isn't the case. Maybe I'll be able to post this weekend.

So glad you have been able to watch and enjoy Sven's selections of films almost every Saturday night too .

Actually I go to the MeTV Website to find out on it's schedule which movie will be on for that Saturday night .
Then of course post it here on it's IMDB movie message board for everyone here who is interested .
I just don't want anyone to miss out on it but of course if I don't post it for whatever reason for that Saturday either poster jamesbwill or another poster will put up the announcement .
It usually doesn't matter who does it as long as one of us does and it helps all of us here either way .
Enjoy the show this Saturday and hope to see you here then too . ( Oh PS did you catch the movie trailer here also ? I hand pick those from YouTube for us to enjoy too . )
Our DVR allows us to set up what it calls a "recurring recording" for a certain channel, time and length. Before I found that feature, I had to remember to set it every week.
I wonder if Virginia Gregg is in this version. I don't remember her from last time.
I just looked on the MyTV (Wasn't this MeTV?) website, and there's a "remind me" link to click by each show. You can set it to email, text, or call. Of course, you have to give your phone number. Has anyone done that? How far ahead of time do they text or call? Well, I'll probably just do the recurring recording on my DVR if I can find it.

Is this the one where TWO couples end up getting stranded in the forest and end up staying at a castle where they are attended to by a really creepy guy/servant of the vampire. The older couple buys it the first night and the man is strung up upside down and, in pretty gruesome fashion for that era, has his throat slit so that his blood can run into a coffin? Never can remember the name of that one.
You are thinking of "Dracula: Prince of Darkness" (1966). It is the sequel to "Horror of Dracula" (1958). I wonder why there was so much time between the two?
The servant is Klove (very cool name).
It has a great opening scene in the forest, during the funeral of a dead teen. For some reason the place seems inviting and I always want to go walking there. Somewhere I heard that it's actually close to a major road, and traffic can be heard in the distance, if filming wasn't done very early in the day.
This movie, "Kiss" I haven't seen before. I wonder why so many Hammer fans have stated that they haven't seen it. I wonder how many other Hammer gems are out there?
Hey, thanks for the answer! Not sure why I can't ever remember that. For me, Kiss of the Vampire is ok, but I never liked it as much as Dracula: Prince of Darkness. I do like the mustached Van Helsing stand-in though.
I just realized, by looking again, that "Kiss of the Vampire" is not listed in Wikipedia as one of the Dracula sequels. Since it's not associated with any of the other movies, that might be why many of us have not seen it before.
