I'm searching for the DVD of the movie Kings of the sun.

Have you managed to find a dvd yet? I'm also looking for a copy, all I can find is a poster!

This DVD is available through moviehunter.com--and the quality is good. Be prepared to pay a hefty price, but Yul and the whole 'look' of the film is worth it.

This title will be released on March 25, 2008.
Widescreen. No extras, as far as I can tell.

I found a copy of "Kings of the Sun" on Alibris.com. Just enter the title inn the space provided. The company i ordered it through had it to me in about 7 work days.

I'm watching it now, for the first time since I saw it in 1963. still holds up pretty well. BTW: All my Archaeology/Anthropology profs at BYU liked this movie. Started many young minds on studying Meso-American Archaeology and away from Egyptology/Assyrology.

Thanks for this information. I was always interested in Mayan history since childhood. Felt a bit doubtful of my liking for this film .
