shareno, they don't and I am flip flopping on whether I like the remake better because I heard the naimals 'think'.... I suppose I like any original better than the remake.
I guess I like both movies for different reasons, the remake, with the speaking, clearly had more humor, but the original had more drama and 'heart'.
I like them both. The original version had that old Disney magic that you just don't see anymore. Not to say Disney doesn't make good movies, they are just different. Homeward Bound had plenty to enjoy too. Excellent choice of voice actors for the animals for one. Most movies that have animals talk (especially those where you actually see the animals mouth moving) are usually horrible, but homeward bound was one of the best.
