Did anyone else find the child actors annoying?
Really whining voices that really spoil the film.
I hate to be too critical of child actors, but I think the sledgehammer approach in their performances here is typical of a lot of child performers of the '50s and '60s. "Look, Mommy ..."
shareA lot of children can be really annoying. Probably you were too at times during your childhood. But without them there would be no adults.

shareI don't believe any kid can be more annoying than the child actor who played Arliss in Old Yeller (1957). I've never wanted any kid to die, but that one, I wouldn't have objected to him being strangled.
