An Odd Thing About The DVD...

Watched a new copy of the DVD tonight, and on neither side of the disc (one side is pan-and-scan, the other is letterbox) are there any credits at the start of the film or at the end. In fact, after the MGM lion's roar, the picture jumps abruptly into Garland and Bogarde's first scene in his house. Has anyone else noticed this, and for those who watched the film on TCM this week, was there the same problem?

At the beginning, there were credits, with Judy singing the title tune over them. At the end, just one screen, with the producer info, then into Leo roaring.
