This Wouldn't Have Been Judy Garland's 'Final Film'...........

if she had not gotten fired from Valley of the Dolls (1967).

From IMDb Trivia:

Judy Garland was originally cast in the role of Helen Lawson. She was fired because of her drinking and behavior and was replaced by Susan Hayward.

But thank God she did, right?

There were also lots of other projects in the works after I Could Go On Singing - including a biographical film about Edith Piaf, which would have been directed by George Cukor who planned to film Judy in actual concert singing songs from the Piaf repertoire. It would have surely been a fantastic work - possibly could have snagged Judy an Oscar.

But unfortunately that, like many other projects, never got off the ground. Nevertheless, I'm glad I Could Go On Singing was her last over Valley of the Dolls.
