Surprised that the inhabitants were not evil. Good originality!

Indeeeeeed, I always love the ending. Though, I never did believe that that old man was murdered...it always looked to me like he had just died in his sleep and was forgotten.

I have watched this several times over the years. Several scary scenes before the climax as well. Much worse movies than HOTD!
