When James Darren is pulling Cindy Carol through the streets of Rome as they are being chased, early on Cindy slips and falls on the cobblestones.
It looked like her heel got caught and she went down BAM!
Certainly looked painful - and not rehearsed.

I have no idea if it's real or not, but maybe it's why she whines like such an insufferable idiot for the whole film.

I was wondering the same thing, but I suspect it was real. It didn't look staged.
