Gets better with repeated viewings

And has, over the years, climbed into my Top 3 list of Bond films.

The climax with the boats was kind of weak. Without it this would be a 10/10 movie, right there next to Casino Royale (2006).

Of the early Bond films it has the most interesting plot.

It's my favourite Bond of all-time. It's got the perfect balance between serious spy-thriller and fun Bond adventure. It's got Connery. It's got everything. That train ride!

This is my favorite James Bond movie. It probably seems downright austere to younger viewers, and it has a few eye-rolling moments, but it's still a legitimate Cold War spy adventure. It was the last Bond movie creator Ian Fleming saw, and its relatively faithful to the source novel. Still, the world was changing and the series became something else entirely starting with Goldfinger.

And that magical ending in Venice!

I don't understand how this gets better with repeated viewings. I've watched this 5 times and every time, the same sequence of events happens. How many more times do I have to re watch this?
