Did Tania know

That Bond knew that she was full of it? I’m trying to figure out who has the upper hand here because Bond definitely knows Tania is full of it, but it was never fully established that Tania knew Bond knew she was full of it. But then even if she did I’m sure a guy like Bond would realize that Tania knows that he knows that she’s full of it, and if that’s the case I doubt Tania is cunning enough to realize that Bond knows that she knows that Bond knows she’s full of it.
