My fave horror movie with this actor (Patrick Magee) is 'The Masque of the Red Death.' In that one he plays a sadist who gets his come-uppance in a really memorable scene.

My favorite movie of his that I've seen would definitely have to be Tales From the Crypt. He plays a blind man who lives at a home for the blind where the residents are cruelly treated. He plays the role so you can easily feel sorry for the character and root for him to get revenge every step of the way.

Although I have not seen every movie of this memorable actor . I totally agree here that Patrick Magee was an excellent actor in both movies Dementia 13 ( and for me of course ) his signature role A Clockwork Orange from 1971 . Even his looks and voice were wonderfully unique as well  . Thanks pillix for your subject post .

I just watched "D-13" and thought he looked familiar, but couldn't place where I knew him from. Thanks for connecting the dots for me! It's been a while since I've seen "Clockwork."

Did you notice the scene (about an hour into the film) where he's sitting at a table telling the kid to "drink up" "drink up", getting him drunk to talk. It was SO dang similar to the scene when he knocked out Alex in Clockwork!
