Then this is the movie i thought it was. When I was a kid about 15 or 16, this movie was presented on an afternoon movie program hosted by a clown ( I don't think it was on the movie hosted by Superhost here in Cleveland, as I remember a clown costume. There was a strip scene that took place when th female lead went behind a rock to change into her swimsuit. The camera followed her. Within minutes the movie was stopped and the clown came out and apologized profusely. he pointed out they hadn't screened the movie first and of course movies were not rated yet. He also stated it was a foreign film and that they had different sensibilities about nudity. I don't recall any fallout from this incident. At that age I was quite happy with the scene and thought it made the otherwise cheesy movie worth it.
People should not fear their governments.Governments should fear their people.
That sounds like "Flippo The Clown", he hosted an afternoon program back in the day featuring films and the idiotic antics of the host. It was broadcast out of Columbus, Ohio and aired at 4:00 pm each weekday. Used to watch that moron religiously as a kid.
