My favorite lines were any references to skipper, e.g., darn Mary Ann and I'm on my way to a 3 hour tour

Also I laughed out loud during the "Murder's the Word" scene in the malt shop.

The not to distant future really is not to distant, in fact, it may just be next Sunday A.D.!

When the attractive girl falls on the beach, her face is right in line with Tom Servo's silhouette. Then, in a rare instance of the silhouettes interacting with the screen, he says (as if coming on to her) "Hi, I'm Tom Servo," after which she screams, having seen the disembodied hand for the first time.
