Ending
At the end David calls a doctor instead of the police. Did he think her ramblings were a nervous breakdown or was he eventually also going to turn her in to the police?
shareI think David was in love with Loren's character and hoping to start a relationship with her. I wonder if the police showed up at Lisa's apartment in Paris after they found the abandoned car?
shareThe ending was terrible. Loren's character just wanted out. She went about it all wrong, but seeing her reduced to insanity was over the top bad.

Totally agree. I would've preferred an ending where she handily outsmarted everybody and took off with all the insurance money, laughing all the way to the bank, so to speak. Having put up with a jerk like Bob for a husband, she deserved better!
The ending, as presented, was pretty bad.
Don't mess with me, man! I know karate, judo, ju-jitsu..... and several other Japanese words.
