Italian Title Meaning?

I received a calendar for Christmas with the Italian poster for this film. The Italian title of the film is "Alle donne ci penso io." The literal translation from Babelfish or Google doesn't make much sense (for example, Google translates it as "Women will think I").

Are there any Italian speakers out there who can give me a good understanding of the title? Bonus points if you can tell me why the title was changed from "Come Blow Your Horn."

Thanks!

The literal translation doesn't make any sense because the common Italian expression "ci penso io" can mean many things, depending on the context. It can mean, "I'll take care of it" or "leave it to me." So in this case it roughly means, "when it comes to the ladies, leave it all to me"
