Actress Who Played The Priestess

Or the sorceress, or whatever she was, the one who was always pouring something on fires, does anyone know the name of the actress who played her, and the name and title of the character she portrayed? (ie, was she priestess, sorceress, what?) Thanks for any help.

What we're dealing with here... is a complete lack of respect for the law.

Pamela Brown (I KNOW WHERE I'M GOING, RICHARD III, BECKETT, A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM) as simply 'High Priestess', a character who gives Cleopatra visions from the Gods. A deleted scene was to introduce her with Cleopatra, informing her of a vision of her destiny tied with Caesar coming to Egypt. Another deleted scene was to give her an offscreen fate: on the eve of Actium, Cleopatra is informed of the Priestess going into shock (perhaps fatally) over a vision of the battle's outcome. Cleopatra tries to get a vision herself from the Gods: she gets laughter, signaling abandonment and a horrible fate awaiting her, Antony, Caesarion, and Egypt.

Thank you :) I'd like to have seen the deleted scenes, considering she had a pretty small role in this movie, she made it a memorable one. I don't know why, but I am fascinated watching her pour whatever it is on the fire to make it burn-higher, I guess? To get a clearer "vision" of the future? I always get the idea that whatever it was may have made it smell good too-early aromatherapy or the like *g*

This should have been included. We have the first scene where she asks for a son, then Caesar's murder, this would have been a perfect ending to the sorcery aspect.
