Who plays the embassy receptionist?

Regina Lambert calls the embassy and reaches a receptionist; the receptionist then called the real Hamilton Bartholomew. The receptionist character is not listed in the cast. I thought her voice sounded like Margaret Hamilton, most famous for her performance as the Wicked Witch of the West. Anyone have any intelligence on this?
