I agree. It came on Turner Classic Movies not too long ago, but since I didn't know it was on I didn't get a chance to tape it. It's an absolutely incredible movie. Bobby Darin gave an inspired performance.

I agree. I was 11 when I first saw this film in the theatre and try to watch it everytime TCM or AMC airs it. You might try sending Universal an e-mail requesting they release it on DVD.

A very good film. I lived in Fort Huachuca AZ when they made this movie there (I was 8 years old; my father was in the army). It was a BIG DEAL to all the residents there! The only thing bigger that I remember was John Wayne making "McClintock!" in nearby Sonoita at around the same time.
