Anybody Go To Recent Harvard Screening?

Did anybody attend the recent Harvard screening of "Sammy Going South"? Was it the 2 hour version or the 2 hour and 10 min. version?

I didn't go to that screening, and I am sorry i missed it. I wish I had known. This film is one of my all-time favourites. I have seen it many times, and wish it was offered on dvd. I have a crap copy of it taped from tv years ago.

Well, now's your chance to replace that old video tape. The film has been beautifully restored in its original CinemaScope format and was released on Region 2 DVD on June 28th, 2010, by Optimum Releasing in the UK. The disc also features a new on screen interview with Fergus McClelland, who played Sammy. This is a transfer of the two hour version, the only version still available, and runs 114 minutes at PAL running speed.
