Yes, its for Halloween. I wonder if they will show this uncut?
shareI saw Blood Feast last year at a local film festival and HGL and David Friedman were both there. I am excited to see 2000 Maniacs.
I'm watching Blood Feast right now! =) Interesting cold open!

This movie is hilarious. I wish I wasn't so tired. I'm recording 2,000 Maniacs to watch later.
shareThese movies are weird.

What!? I cant believe tcm showed these, out of curiousity did they edit stuff out or were these shown uncut?

wow, uncut blood feast and 2000 maniacs on basic cable, that is pretty awesome, i'm pissed i missed it, i wish they would have promoted it more, although they may have kept quiet about it on purpose to avoid people watching it specifically to complain about it later, still i gotta give tcm credit
shareIt has been a long time since I have noticed any edits in TCM's films. The late-night ones are often R-rated.
Kudos to TCM!
I'd say they were unedited...I watchd the French "spirits of the dead" I recorded off TCM and it showed nudity. God knows Americans fear the boob more than the blood!

well it appears tcm's non-editing ways have come to an end, just watched the brain that wouldnt die on tcm... EDITED!! very lame, but at least they had it going for a little while
shareI really hope they play this and 2000 MANIACS again since I finally got TCM and I've been dying to see both films for quite some time.
