Why the sound is out of sync ?the lips movement doesn't align with the sound !!
Is there something wrong with my version ?

The trivia section is not lengthy, you would learn something there.

Perhaps the OP just wants to reach out for some sense of community.

Fellini never recorded dialogue on set. He dubbed over the lines in post on all his movies. Your version is correct.

Italian films are/were mostly made this way with post-dubbed sound. There is a story that Mussolini, having OK'd funding for the building of Cinicetta studios decreed no 'foriegn languages'should be heard in Italian cinemas so began the dubbing of Italian sound tracks on all imported movies. This became such an industry in itself that the system was applied to Italian-made movies too as it saved much time and money on location shoots with unwanted background noises and removed the need for the complex sound-proofing in studios while allowing directors to verbally cajol actors during a scene in the way they had during the silent era.
As an aside, one other extreme example of dubbing s FITZCARRALDO which was shot on location in South America by a German director to an English script (the nearest to a common langauge among the very diverse cast) without sound. Then the original version was post-dubbed in German(it being a German production) and realeased with English subtitles where required. When you watch it the mouths say the subtitles, but the voices you hear speak German and don't sync at all well with the mouths...a much more satisfactory English dub was later issued and transforms the film.
