White actors portraying "asians"??... atrocious!!

This is the issue with almost all "historical epics" originating in Hollywood and Britain in pre-70's films... the small number of foreign actors at the time.

It absolutely ruins most of these types of films... that's why Hollywood is more famous for it's westerns and film-noirs... there was less chance to miscast actors... even though this happened frequently anyways.
