I find that when I rewatch the show it is Bobbi that I enjoy the most and prefer her to Billie and Betty. Very underrated character in my opinion. I, also, prefer Veronica to Betty so it might just be the hair 😄.

Bobbie Jo is my favorite. She had the best personality and was the prettiest. She was fun, curious about life, and perky. She wore the cutest clothes, too. I liked her and Orrin better than Betty Jo and Steve, too.
shareBeauty is in the eye of the beholder but I don't see how anyone could deny Lori Saunders was the best comedienne of any of the sisters. What's remarkable is that this character was quite blah when played by Pat Woodell but once Lori stepped into the part it was pretty clear she was a better actress and the screenwriters accordingly changed the character's personality to give her more comedy.
shareI completely agree with you, HarlowMGM. Lori Saunders portrayal of Bobbi Jo stood out the most amongst the girls. I also found that being a recast, she jumped right into the role and had such great chemistry with the rest of the cast. Especially Bea. While Pat was very attractive and a great singer, her Bobbi was outright boring. But, for seasons 3-7, Bobbi Jo was the funniest, most beautiful and most affectionate of the girls.
