Where an actor called Bill Bixby "Bill"! That wouldn't be so bad, except his character was named Tim O' Hara! I had to play it back to make sure I heard it right. The episode was "That Little Old Matchmaker Martin" which aired on Dec. 22, 1963. I'm surprised that Bixby, Walston & the director didn't catch the mistake.

Did you understand what I wrote? The actor called the character of Tim O' Hara by the name "Bill"! Or are you being deliberately obtuse?
