Why is this still not available on DVD???

This was one of the cutest TV series of my childhood together with "Tammy" (Debbie Watson) and "He and She" (Paula Prentiss).
Why is it still not possible to get the entire "Farmer's Daughter" TV series on DVD after at least 16 years into the DVD age and hundreds of classic TV series releases???
But it's the same with "Lassie", "Kentucky Jones", "A Man called Shenandoah" and "The Greatest Show on Earth" (Jack Palance as Johnny Slate). Every year I check amazon.com, but still no DVD release of those either :(.
