Which Third Doctor story is this?

I remember liking it but can't remember which one it was. I'm pretty sure Jo was the companion. The scene I remember is her and the Doctor inside an old house (alleged to be haunted?) and a UNIT soldier arrives with biscuits or cheese and crackers or something.

Anyone know which story this was?

out of all the special edition re-edits i think that's the worst, It's basically a fan edit.

One Dalek is all it takes to wipe out this entire colony!

A special edition thirty years later that a few ten thousand people will see vs the original broadcast that a few million people saw. Hardly worth bothering about is it.
