The big man orders it at the pharmacy after losing 50 million lire. I have had no luck finding anything online. Maybe it was spelled wrong in the subtitles?

It might be Baldriantropfen, which seems to be Valerian root extract. Which would make sense since it seems to have been for treating stress/anxiety.
