No lie, JK. I live in Detroit, and had an $11000 Kia Sephia, and went to an insurance office for a six month policy. When she told me $700, I said COOL, and she goes, "No, I mean $700 A MONTH." I laughed loudly and said 'You are crazy', and left the office... They tell you these rates like it's just OK and you're gonna just pay. I have NEVER made a claim and I've been driving since 1967.
