Actresses of today for this film ??

Although I generally don't like it when they make remakes of classics. I feel they just can't quite get it like the original, I'm curious of some opinions of who you feel would be a good actress of today's generation for Jane, Blanche, Edwin (actor), and the maid (sorry . . . I forgot her name in the movie). Feel free to answer all or part of this question if you like?
