This looks good and is about to start on BBC2 @ 12.00pm? Strange. Putting a decent movie on, on an afternoon. Better than the never ending Westerns that daytime tv is full of....
shareYer,just watched it.Seen it before,but watched it on HD this time.Black and white picture looked so nice and crisp.Brought out some lovely shots of the planes ,and for some reason,peoples eyes!The 'crumby'studio shots of wagner and his girl in cambridge seem like an after thought,as well as that awful last scene, spoiled what was clearly a bridge between war film making styles from the 50's to the 60's.
