2nd world actually

So the other reviewer got it wrong: The U.S. and Western Europe were the 1st world, Russia and Eastern Europe 2nd, and the rest the third world. Okay sorry to be a pedant, but it's just dumb to use the term as an all purpose term of abuse for something shoddy.
