Bruno and Gianna in the bedroom scene

Does Gianna throw Bruno off the bed when he tries to get intimate with her or he falls by himself intentionally to trick her?

He's too proud, and after she pushes him out (it seems at some point she grabs his nuts to cause him pain), he pretends he just came for a cigarrette and leaves. He prefers to sleep on the beach than to be under the same roof with her. After that, he never speaks to her again.

LOL, there's no nut grabbing! She simply pushes him away.

She pushes him away. He then says, "why did I come? Oh, yes, to get a cigarette." Somewhat nervous, he leaves by saying "OK, we'll talk seriously tomorrow. Good night." He's so hurt that he can't stay in Gianna's house so he wakes up Roberto and they both leave for the beach.
