I'm curious to know the Yankee players and manager are not each listed as "himself" in the credits. Usually, if a person plays himself or herself in a movie, the credits will say "himself" or "herself" rather than give the person's name twice.
shareIt looked like a lot of minor leaguers were used in the Yankee practice scenes,because of the high numbers on their uniforms. Houk, Ford, Mantle and Maris were probably the only major leaguers in the movie. Did anybody recognize any other Yankees?
