Opening shot swiped from PARRISH (1961)

The establishing shot of the girls' school at the beginning of ROME ADVENTURE, with the girl riding her bicyle around the courtyard before dismounting in front of the "school" building, is actually a shot of Sharon Hugueny riding up to her character's house in Delmer Dave's 1961 film PARRISH. Just a useless bit of trivia. :-)

Interesting. Another movie in which Troy Donahue usually wears a bright red sweater, often with a white collar peeking out. I think Warner Bros. just liked to see him in red.
