I thought the same thing.

What a repulsive creep. It's a woman? Oh. What a repulsive creep.

I knew she was a woman, but, after having seen her in some other roles, I'm wondering if she was a lesbian.

Thought man but then saw her heels, thought transvestite. She was shudder- inducing and reminded me of Jon Lovitz.

Here's some background on the actress Madame Spivy, born Bertha Levine:

Madame Spivey appeared in many films and TV shows as a character actress.

She was also a jazz singer and pianist who owned her own club. Surprisingly athletic for her build she would often do the splits as part of her act. Her club act was very popular.
