I find it ironic that Barry Gordon who (I’m afraid to say it) is so Jewish played the young Nazi in “Pressure Point”. Barry along with Bobby Darin deserved a Academy award for that role.
It’s true that Barry was a unusual young talent but almost everything he was in he had all these stereotypical jewish characteristics. It was so bad that if you search IMDB you will see all the Rabbis and other jewish characters he played.

Watch him in "A Thousand Clowns", over the top, but in a role that demanded it.
shareI agree about Gordon's casting & performance. He was also good at comedy. Gordon was a frequent player on the Jack Benny Program, including playing Jack as a child. I thought it was a nice irony in the film that neither Darin nor Gordon looked "Aryan."

After seeing Barry Gordon and never hearing the patient's name, I was half expecting a crazy twist like this somewhere in the film:
Patient: The Bund will prevail, Doctor. You'll see.
Psychiatrist: How can you be so positive?
Patient: I just know it, Doc. As sure as my name is Hyman Finkelbaum!
