If your mind goes into a dreamworld just to escape what's happening. Like in "I know who Killed Me."

Also this movie is nothing like Sixth Sense, where the main character is already dead the whole time. In Owl Creek it all happens right BEFORE he dies, and time stops in his mind.

I guess there is now way to know for sure until we all go through it.
