Just in time for Halloween 2005, Universal is going to release 8 Hammer Films on a double DVD set: BRIDES OF DRACULA, CURSE OF THE WEREWOLF, EVIL OF FRANKENSTEIN, KISS OF THE VAMPIRE (aka KISS OF EVIL), NIGHT CREATURES (aka CAPTAIN CLEGG), NIGHTMARE, PARANOIAC and PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.

Have you heard any more news of when this set will be released as a freind of mine has been waiting some time to see Captain Clegg again

Region 1 set should hit shelves on September 6.

I haven't heard anything, yet. I know a number of people have expressed interest in a Region 2 release. Maybe dropping an E-mail to Universal would help?
